In order to improve the precision of the absolute photoelectrical encoder
a compensating method is put forward
which restrains the harmonics in moire fringe signal. After analyzing the relationship between the subdividing error and the sinusoidal index
a low-pass digital filter which can make the moire signal satisfy the need of 1024 subdivision is designed. Considering with the fundamental frequency varies with the rotating speed of encoder
the tunable filter is adopted
whose cutoff frequency is calculated according to the coarse information of the encoder. The simulating results show that the proposed method can improve the sinusoidal index
especially at high rotating speed. At last
the compensating algorithm is implemented in the terminal of satellite optical communication
which needs high resolution. The experimental results show indicate that the developed method is feasible. 2011 IEEE.

In order to detect the target position real-timely
a real time target detecting system based on tms320F2812 DSP and Spartan3-SC3S400 FPGA is designed. The design
hardware structure
a target detecting method and software char flow of FPGA and DSP are presented. The system is tested by a 1Kx1K image
the processing time is 1.3ms
experiments results show that the method is feasible
the simple design and stable correct results make this method very ascendant in practical application. 2010 IEEE.

A method based Tsallis entropy and order morphology transform for gray image enhancement is proposed in this article. The order morphology transform method improves the evaluation guide of transform
and chose the percentile value and structure B value by the Maximum Tsallis entropy of the area where the coefficient q is 0.8
enhances the gray image. Experiments show that the method enhances the image contrast and suppressing noise and extracting edge. The histogram and gray value show that the image contrast is improved. 2009 IEEE.
