In the test course of static transfer function of TDI CCD camera  because of the influence that gets environmental and artificial etc. factor  the value of static transfer function measured at any time is between unceasing fluctuation  so  make accuracy reduce. To solve this problem  a kind of accurate measurement technique of static transfer function is put forward. First  before carrying out the measure of static quiet of transfer function  the best test point of transfer function of the TDI CCD camera must be determined  it is parallel to guarantee the rectangle target surface of parallel optical pipe and camera focal plane maintenance parallel  and again guarantee target strip in rectangle target and TDI CCD in camera focal plane maintenance vertical. TDI CCD catches rectangle target image  per 1000 lines of target mark image as a measures sample of static transfer function  exclude because of atmosphere tremble twisted  vague rectangle target mark image  retain 500 distinct and steady target mark image as measure sample set. Then  calculate the static transfer function of each measure sample respectively  take the average of all static quiet transfer function in measure sample set as the static transfer function of camera. Finally  the measure of the static transfer function for TDI CCD camera makes error analysis. Experimental results indicate that the value of the static transfer function of TDI CCD camera measured with this kind of method is 0.2923  with before measurement technique comparison  the value of static transfer function has raised 0.02  makes the accuracy of the measure of static transfer function have gotten raising.

In order to realize the fast test for the interpolation error  the graph fitting test method for the interpolation error of Moire fringe is put forward in this paper. Firstly  the triangular wave Moire fringe photoelectric signal of the encoder whose phase difference is 90 are sampled to get the Lissajous graph of the two signals. Secondly  the single wave represented by the founded subsection function is used to fit the practical Moire fringe Lissajous graph. Then  the fitting result is tested to verify whether it satisfies the accuracy requirement. Lastly  the founded subsection function instead of the practical wave function is used to calculate the interpolation error. Using the graph fitting method to sample the Moire fringe single of 15-bits photoelectric encoder to get the interpolation error curve  the tested maximum interpolation error is 70" and the minimum error is - 69". Comparing with the interpolation error which is received from traditional test method  the change trend of the interpolation error curve is similar  and peak-peak value is almost equality. The results of experiment indicate that: the equipment is convenient and the examination method is efficient and feasible. The measure speed is fast and the manifestation result is intuitionistic. The system can be used in the working field. The method can avoid the speed influence and realize the dynamic interpolation error measure  which is significant for the research of encoder's dynamic accuracy characteristics. 2009 IEEE.

An optical system with double beam interference system was designed to measure the movement of nano-particles in fluid with laser speckle technology. In order to investigate the influence of the scattering light generated from liquid surface on speckle patterns  the liquid surface contour was dynamically detected by WYKO during nano-particle movement. The result demonstrates that the fluctuation of fluid surface is slight. Meanwhile  in order to further analyze this effect  a piece of ground glass was employed. The process of ground glass to be polished to optical glass was studied and tested continuously using WYKO and laser speckle technology. And then  the speckle patterns generated from kerosene fluid surface were studied. By contrast  the results show that  the fluid surface is transparent to the measurement wavelength. The influence of the surface of fluid can be neglected. Furthermore  the conclusion illustrates that laser speckle technique is an effective and reliable method to study the movement of nano-granular in fluid.

A novel method is proposed to measure twist angle and optical retardation of liquid crystal display in this paper. The new method which is one of single-wavelength methods has three characteristics  introducing a method of measuring the total intensity ratio of the transmitted light to eliminate the influence of absorption by the polarizer  using circularly and homogeneously aligned LC cell (CH-LC) as a unique polarization-converting device  analyzer  using variable sector diaphragm and photodetector to detect the total intensity of transmitted light whose original polarization direction is continuously changed from 0 to arbitrary angle  CH-LC  liquid crystal display and so on. The twist angle () and optical retardation (nd) can be derived by using Jones matrix analysis and a curve fitting where and nd are fitting parameters. Experiment proved the results are accurate  the process of operation is fast  the devices are economical.

STIM (Solar Total Irradiance Monitor) can be used on sun-synchronous polar orbit weather satellites to measure the total solar irradiance. It contains three independent and identical wide view absolute radiometers. They are mounted on the satellite in an angle which ensure the sun scan over the field of view of the absolute radiometers. This measurement method doesn't need the instrument tracking the sun but the sun scan over the field of view of the absolute radiometers in each orbit cycle. The paper presents the measurement method of simulation for solar irradiance measurement and calibration by mounting the instrument on a two-axis rotation table. By controlling the rotation angle velocity of the instrument in the meridian direction being the same as that of the weather satellite's on orbit  we can measure the solar irradiance when the sun scan over the field of view of the absolute radiometers to simulate the onboard state. And we have operated the measurement with the prototype of STIM. The SIAR-1 is traceable to WRR and serves as a transfer standard. So simultaneous comparison measurements between SIAR-1 and each of the three wide view absolute radiometers are measured to provide calibration corrections to the instrument. And we have a further study at the influence of stray light to the measurement results. This paper presents the method of simulation experiment and calibration for solar irradiance measurement with Solar Total Irradiance Monitor on board.
