Simulation test system of CCD signal processor based on FPGA is proposed. Field-programmable gate array (FPGA) is applied as control processing core and used in the aerospace upgrade screening of industrial grade signal processor. The system functional composition and working principle were introduced in detail. Actually evaluation and testing system was completed with integrating the forty signal processor in a single board. The system has been successfully applied in the dynamic build-in screening test of industrial grade signal processor XRD98L63  the system work stably and reliability. Test result is zero on the nonconforming product rate  satisfying the qualification that single batch screening nonconforming rate is less than 5%  build-in screening of industrial grade components for the space load applications is implemented. In order to increase the electromagnetic torque density of micromotor with axial magnetic field  numerical analysis of permanent magnetic field and electromagnetic torque were deduced and the key factors of increasing torque density of micromotor was obtained. The numerical analysis of three-dimensional magnetic field in air gap produced by spliced sector permanent magnetic poles is done  and the way of improving flux density and permanent magnet use efficiency are given through investigating the influence of magnet thickness  height of air gap and pole interval rate and other parameters to air gap flux density and leakage flux. Based on the test of axial magnetic field and torque characteristic of micromotor  the analysis of micromotor magnetic field and calculation of torque are verified  meanwhile using the plane stator with 0.7mm thickness assemble micromotor having minimum air gap height of 1mm and its torque constant up to 3.8mNm/A. 2012 IEEE.

A spherical four-way horizontal axis system  diameter 550mm  weight 19kg sphere  in the 40kg load  the maximum deformation of 3.3m  fully meet the requirements. The shaft of the structure of the shaking is less than 2 arc seconds  the vibration test  the re-examination instrument accuracy change is less than 1 arc seconds. For the limitation of data transmission bandwidth and real time transmission demand  generally image compression is required to implement the precise and flexible rate control algorithm. Rate control is an important issue in the image compression field. This paper considers the problem of rate allocation to each encoded segment for CCSDS image compression. One straightforward method is to allocate an equal amount of rate to each segment based on the average of the total number of compressed bytes. The obvious drawback of this method is that different segment will be reconstructed to different quality  so the overall quality of the reconstructed image will not be optimized. For the shortage of the original rate control method  as to improve the overall quality of the reconstructed image  an improved rate control algorithm is proposed for CCSDS image encoding. The key component of the proposed rate control method is the appropriate rate allocation. Experiments on the test images show that the PSNR can be increased at about 0.3dB on average  compared to the original algorithm. Therefore  experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in terms of objective evaluation  and the rate-distortion performance of the reconstructed image is improved. 2011 IEEE.

To deal with the defects of BP neural networks used in balance control of inverted pendulum  such as longer train time and converging in partial minimum  this article reaLizes the control of double inverted pendulum with improved BP algorithm of artificial neural networks(ANN)  builds up a training model of test simulation and the BP network is 6-10-1 structure. Tansig function is used in hidden layer and PureLin function is used in output layer  LM is used in training algorithm. The training data is acquried by three-loop PID algorithm. The model is learned and trained with Matlab calculating software  and the simuLink simulation experiment results prove that improved BP algorithm for inverted pendulum control has higher precision  better astringency and lower calculation. This algorithm has wide appLication on nonLinear control and robust control field in particular. 2011 IEEE.

On the analysis of the original data recorder  the stress wave theory is the elastic theory can explain the filter buffer question from the micro-small space  made several key problems clear when buffer and damping  from this designed a composite structure for vibration reduction  distinguished between a cushion theory and application field of stress wave theory  which made the dynamic stress of protected component down about one order of magnitude. Optimization with Isight and Ls-dyna  the traditional rigid spring-buffer model whose object is to reduce the impact of acceleration that can not accurately describe the elastic force of the part of the actual situation  the protected component's dynamic stress down about 69.3% and the data recorder's quality 300g lower  finally passed the Marshall Hammer test successfully. 2011 Trans Tech Publications.

A professional DVI-Video optical fiber transceiver was designed based on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) in order to meet the need of real-time LED display. The system could be used to transmit a non-loss  real-time video source whose resolution was 1024 768 and refresh rate was 60Hz in a single mode optical fiber. The top-down design method was used while programming FPGA. Some module design ideas were discussed including video data acquisition  caching  framing  frame detecting and video reproducing. The required bandwidth of each module was analyzed and calculated in details. Some relevant simulation results were also given. In practical test  real-time video display was achieved. And the transmission rate of coded data was up to 2Gbps  and the transmission distance could reach 10km. 2011 IEEE.

Small aircraft often used RS485 bus. But with the complexity of the small aircraft's subsystems increase and the progress of field bus technology  CAN bus systems in small aircraft use more and more widely. How to record real-time flight experiment data on the small aircraft's CAN bus and provide test data for reproducing the process of a small aircraft flying is very important. This paper presents a design method of signal acquisition device  it can be used for small aircraft flying field experiment. 2010 IEEE.  as the main chip with DSP2812  SJA1000 as CAN controller  CTM1050 as the CAN transceiver  CF card as storage media. Gives the diagram of its hardware and software design process. Combined with the background of a small aircraft  testing the instrument for data acquisition when the ground experiments and flight progress. Aircraft simulation platform is the most important supporting technology in the aircraft development process. This simulation platform can be used for validating the design of subsystem and also it provides the necessary data for the Aircraft design. Wind has great impact on the flight parameter. In order to accurately simulate the wind model and calculate the flight parameters  a simulation modeling method for flight parameter simulation platform under wind field environment is established. Firstly  the various sub-systems which affecting flight parameters are analyzed  some mathematical models of the flight parameter simulation platform is established. Secondly  the atmospheric wind field is studied to analyze the impact on its trajectory. Then the model is built in the Simulink toolbox in the Matlab which is based on the principles of hierarchy and modularity  using C MEX S-function for the complex kinetic equations. Finally  when the models have been established  encapsulating models for several subsystem and assembling them for the Aircraft simulation platform based on the unified interface. The simulation tests (including the performance test of a certain gliding Aircraft  the wind influence test of a certain uncontrolled aircraft) prove the simulation capability of the platform  and its calculating step can reach 1 ms. Comparing simulation with field test data of a certain uncontrolled aircraft  it shows that the relative deviation of range is 0.47%  the relative deviation of maximal altitude is 2.1%. Taking relevant standards as a reference standard  it is demonstrated the platform is reliable  meets the engineering accuracy requirements. 2010 IEEE.
