中文摘要本文介绍了监控系统在工业自动化领域的应用以及监控软件的设计要求和实 现方法,讨论了面向对象的程序设计方法在监控软件的程序设计中的应用,并说 明了一个监控软件实例CVSW的总体设计及其用户图形界面、数据输入输出接 口、报警和趋势显示、报表打印等功能的实现方法以及作者对这些功能进行分析 与完善时所采用的方法。 监控技术在工业控制系统中起着极为重要的作用,监控系统的设计应满足以 下几种功能要求: ·易于操作的用户图形界面 ·迅速可靠的数据接口功能 ·实时的、多样化的报警能力 ·实时与历史趋势显示功能 监控软件CVSW按照以上功能要求, 采用面向对象的程序设计方法,进行 了程序的总体设计。本文作者在原来的程序结构基础上做了大量的改进工作,增 强了界面的友好性,并补充和完善了报警、显示、全体变量表、文件调整、窗口 切换和历史趋辨等一系列功能。较有建设性的改变主要有以下几点: 1将用户图形界面的编辑和运行状态明确分开,增强了运行时的监控功能。 2.强化了报警功能,增加了报警方式和报警时问列表显示功能。 3.强化了趋势显示功能,提出一种快速插值曲线方法用来显示历史趋势图。 监控由一种思想发展为一种技术经历了数十年时间,对监控的理论研究与技 术研究达到了一个新的水平,由目前的发展趋势看来,监控技术正向着开放平台、 模块结构、支持多种网络协议、功能全面的方向发展。
英文摘要In this paper, an introduction of supervisory control system applied in industrial automation field, its design requirement and its implementation method is presented. In addition, an Object-Oriented programming method applied in the programming of supervisory control software is discussed. We also demonstrate the overall construction of an instance of supervisory control software C VSW(Control Vision System for Windows), as well as the implementation method of the GUI, data I/0 interface, alarm and trends, report printing, etc. and the method adapted to analyze these .functions and improve their efficiency. Supervisory control technology plays an important role in industrial automation control .system. The design of supervisory control software should meet the following function requirements: ~ easily operated graphical user interface ~ quick and reliable data interface ~ real-time and diversified alarm functions ~ real time and history trend display function We adapt the Object-oriented programming method and create the overall design of the Supervisory control software CVSW according to the above-mentioned requirements. Based on the previous program structure, we have made a lot of improvement which includes enhancing the friendship of user interface, adding and perfecting the alarm, displaying, full parameters list, file adjustment, transferring between windows and history trend functions. Some of the constructive ideas include: 1. Explicitly distinguish the editing and execution status of the graphical user interface and enhance the supervisory function during the period of execution. 2. strengthen the alarm function, and add more alarm types and alarm time list displaying function. 3. enhance trend displaying function and put forward a fast Polynomial Interpolation method to display history trend graph. It takes tens of years for the supervisory control to change from an idea into a kind of technology. The research of supervisory control theory and technology has achieved a new level. The present developing trend shows that supervisory control system will incorporate more open platform, modular structure, diverse network protocol support and multifunction into its implementation and applications.
