中文摘要北京华油天然气有限责任公司作为中国石油下属一级企业,采用 SCADA(Supervision Control And Data Acquisition,数据采集与监控)对陕京输气管道进行监控;通过 EAM(Enterprise Asset Management, 企业资产管理)完成对设备的采购、巡检、维修一直到报废的全生命周期实施动态管理。同时,华油公司其他部门如财务、计划等在不同程度上实行了信息化。但是各个部门所采用的技术以及实施的时间不同,已经造成了事实上的信息孤岛。 随着信息技术的进步和管理思想的变革,华油公司已经意识到,只有打破消除信息孤岛,使信息流动起来才能带来真正的变革。论文主要以此为研究背景,在企业应用集成的思想指导下,为华油公司提出了系统应用集成框架,并在 SCADA 系统与 EAM 之间的应用集成进行了深入研究开发工作。 围绕这个中心,文章首先介绍了应用集成的理论和技术,然后论述了本文研究所采用的基于 J2EE(Java 2 Enterprise Edition)平台的 JMS(Java Message Service,Java 消息服务)消息传递技术。在给出了应用系统集成框架后,重点论述了在实现过程中所采用的关键技术,最后对本文工作进行了总结和展望。 在具体实现中,为了保证SCADA系统稳定运行,首先从SCADA数据库中获取重要生产数据然后再造的方法,即将其导入中间数据库,使该数据库作为SCADA系统与其他信息系统数据交换的桥梁,一方面保证了SCADA服务器负载不会有较大的增加,同时在安全性上隔离了SCADA系统与其他信息系统。同时,基于XML(eXtensible Markup Language)的数据交换格式保证了数据交换的灵活性,基于JMS消息传递机制实现了系统之间的异步通信,增加了框架结构的灵活性和可扩展能力。借助这个具有扩展性的框架结构已为华油公司解决部分了实际问题,实现了生产系统与信息系统的数据交换,进一步提高了生产效率。同时,希望本文的研究成果能够为国内管道行业和相近行业提供有益的参考。
英文摘要As one first class subsidiary company of Petrochina, BHGC (Beijing Huayou Gas Corporation Ltd) adopts SCADA to monitor and operate the Shaanjing first pipeline, while manages the related activities of device from purchase, period check, and maintenance to discard as useless via the EAM system. Other different departments including financial and plan team also built up their information system with diverse level. Because the different information system built at different time and used different technology, in fact, it leads to the information lonely island. According to the development of the IT and the revolution of the management concepts, BHCG finally realized that if it want to achieve to real high efficiency unless break down the information lonely island and make the data flow. The paper is based on the real situation of BHGC, with the guidance of Enterprise Application Integration concepts and presents an integration frame; meanwhile we did some related study work. At first, it introduces the background and study senses of the paper, and then explains related the theory and technologies further emphasizes the message broker mechanism and J2EE JMS, which adopted by this paper. After described the frame, it discusses the most important key technology when implement it. During the period of realization, in order to guarantee the stability of SCADA, it suggests retrieve the real-time data from SCADA database and rebuild a middle database, which will be the information exchange bridge between SCADA and other systems. On the other hand, it has not added extra workload to the SCADA server, when isolated the SCADA from other information systems. So it guarantees the security of SCADA. To get more flexible and stronger extension ability, the frame structure adopts XML data format and JMS asynchronous communication way. With the help of the extensible frame, it solved a few difficulties confronted BHGC, and improved the work efficiency. We hope the paper study result can give a reference to other pipeline company.
