中文摘要	抑郁症是一种常见的精神病理状态或综合征.它有着较高的发病率并且发病年龄日趋年轻化,给人们的工作和生活造成了不同程度的影响.目前抑郁症已成为一个全球关注的疾病并且越来越受到人们的重视.
英文摘要	Researches over the last decade have shown that depression is associated with various immunological and neuroendocrine changes including changes of immunocyte, cytokine, HPA axis, HPG axis, HPT axis and neurotransmitter . And there is ample evidence of conflicting results among the available studies. This paper summarizes the recent researches on these changes and the possible factors that may account for these conflicting findings as well as the effect of psychotherapy on depression.
