中文摘要信息技术和网络技术的发展,使制造业的经营方式与管理模式产生了极大的变化。快速、持续和不可预测的竞争环境,对企业的组织结构和管理模式提出了新的要求。当前各种先进制造技术和相应的管理方法层出不穷,产品的创新周期愈来愈短,知识含量越来越高,又使传统的组织结构受到了前所未有的挑战。所有这些都要求制造企业的组织结构能对不断变化的市场机遇迅速做出反应。企业要生存,必须寻求一种更有效的组织模式,动态、敏捷地适应新的环境变化。基于知识的可重构组织模式有助于提高企业竞争能力,是未来制造业的主要组织模式之一。 本学位课题依托以下项目:国家自然科学基金课题“全球经济环境下基于知识的企业组织模式与重构方法研究”(No.70271049)和沈阳市基金课题“企业组织重构的模型与方法研究”(No.1022036-1-10),主要从理论与实践上对组织重构理论方法与模型优化的关键技术、系统实现方法和机制等方面进行深入的研究。 本文从提高企业组织系统的智能性和自治性入手,在分析了企业组织结构特点的基础上,给出了组织重构的内涵,并从内、外两个方面以及动、静两个层次,对企业组织重构进行了分类研究;分析了组织学习和组织重构、知识创新和组织发展之间的内在联系,在结合知识管理思想的基础上,创新地提出了一种基于知识管理的组织重构方法——双闭环组织重构模型,通过对知识进行有效的管理,丰富了组织的内涵,从而使组织具有了一定的智能;以单元化与构件化思想,分析组织构件的属性特征,根据组织中知识、任务与组织单元的多元对应关系和对应于不同目标的协作活动及操作资源的易变性,建立了角色协作模型和组织知识的网格表示模型,允许用户自定义组织单元,实现组织系统的动态重构。最后在各种模型和方法的基础上,采用JAVA语言,结合J2EE平台开发了基于WEB上的组织重构支撑系统。为企业组织重构的实施提供了理论与技术的支持。

英文摘要The management paradigm of manufacturing has greatly changed, which is caused by the development of the network and information technology. A new requirement has been presented to enterprise organization structure and management model because of the rapid changing, durative and unpredictable competition conditions. Recently, mushrooming advanced manufacture technologies and management approaches, short cycle of innovations, and increasing ratio of knowledge pose great challenges to traditional organization structure. All these require that organization structure of manufacturing rapidly respond to mutable markets. If enterprises want to be survived in future, enterprises must build a new effective organization model, which can dynamically and agilely adapt to the changes of environment. A knowledge-based reconfigurable organization model is one of the future manufacturing organization modes and it devotes to improving the competitiveness of enterprises. This research is supported by the following foundations: Foundation of Shenyang in China(No.1022036-1-10) and National Science Foundation of China, with the research project on knowledge-based paradigm & method for organization reconfiguration cross global market(No.70271049). Based on the above-mentioned projects, the key technologies of organization reconfiguration approaches and optimization model, as well as the system realization method and mechanism are deeply studied from theory to practice. To improve the intelligence and autonomous ability of organization system, this dissertation analyzes the characteristics of organization structure and presents the connotation of organization reconfiguration. The sort of organization reconfiguration is studied in two aspects of inside and outside and in two levels of dynamic and static. The inherent relationship between organization learning and organization & knowledge innovation and organization development is also analyzed, and a kind of double closed-loop model for organization reconfiguration based on knowledge management platform is put forward then. By means of effective knowledge management, the model makes organization possess the characteristic of intelligence and enriches the connotation of organization. Furthermore, the dissertation also analyzes the attributes of organization components with the idea of unit and component. It also establishes a role cooperative model and a grid model of organization knowledge according to the multi-corresponding relation among organization knowledge, task and organization unit, the changeability of organization resource and the collaboration of different assignment activity. Users can customize organization unit and realize dynamic reconfiguration of the whole systems. Finally, the prototype system of organization reconfiguration is developed on the basis of above-mentioned model and method, which employs J2EE technologies on the condition of WEB. The application of organization reconfiguration is theoretically supported by it.
