中文摘要随着射频识别系统的发展及其相关技术的进步,超高频射频识别系统以其读写速度快、存储容量大、识别距离远和同时读写多个标签等特点,已在物流、供应链管理等领域展现出极具竞争力的前景,并得到越来越广泛的应用,同时也为实现“物联网”提供了可能。因此,超高频射频识别系统的发展是当前射频识别系统发展的重点。射频识别技术是一门多学科定义的新兴的信息科学与技术,它涵盖了电子系统、信息处理、信息安全、微电子与固体电子等领域。本文研究了射频识别原理、相关技术基本理论,提出一种超高频射频识别系统的设计方案。主要进行了以下几个方面的工作: 1.针对超高频射频识别系统原理、系统组成、系统分类、优缺点及发展趋势和国内外发展等方面进行了论述。 2.深入研究了射频识别系统的基本理论,包括数字编码、密码学、校验和纠错码原理及应用,EMC,单片机接口技术……等。 3.设计了射频识别系统方案,系统数据结构层次。针对本文采用的PHILIPS的UCODE HSL SL3ICS3001标签内部的IC结构、存储特性、通讯协议和防碰撞机制进行了系统的分析。 4.基于以上理论及设计,提出了一种超高频射频识别系统读写器的软、硬件解决方案。分别对读写器的主控模块、发射模块、接收模块和接口模块以上硬件模块做出详细设计。并给出了编码/解码、纠错、校验、加密/解密、防碰撞各软件模块的设计。本文的研究内容作为中科院先进制造基地创新课题:《射频识别技术(RFID)研究与应用》中的一部分,已经取得初步成果,并将在今后的研究工作中进一步结合实践,推广超高频射频识别系统的开发和应用。

英文摘要Along with the development of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system and it’s correlative advancement of technology, the UHF RFID system is becoming more widespread application and having competitive forgrund in logistics and SCM due to its advantage, such as fast read-write speed, large memory, long recognition distance and read-write multi-tag simultaneous. Simultaneously, realization the “ internet of thing ” is possible. So, the development UHF RFID system is the emphases of the development RFID system. The technology of RFID system is a new information science and technology, which involves many subjects, such as electrical systems, information disposal, information security, microelectronics and solidstate electronics, etc. In this thesis, author research the RFID principle, and basic theory of correlative technology, and bring forward a scheme of UHF RFID system. The main work of this thesis is described as follows. 1. The research the principle, composing, classify, traits, and tend of development and etc. of RFID system are discussed in this thesis. 2.The basic theories of RFID is researched in this thesis, which include technology of data coding, cryptology, checkout, correct fault, EMC, singlechip etc. 3.Scheme of RFID system and structure of system data is designed in this thesis. The IC structure, memory traits, communication protocol, and anti-collison mechanism of tag, which used in this thesis, are analyzed. 4.Based on hereinbefore theory and design, a software and hardware scheme of reader of an UHF RFID system is given. The particular design of all hardware modules, which include control module, transmit module, receiver module, and interface module, and software module of coding/decoding, checkout, encrypt, and anti-collision is given. As a part of the innovative project in CAS advanced Manufacturing base, some research results have been achieved. We will integrate RFID theory with practice so as to spread the development and implementation of UHF RFID in our later research work.
