中文摘要 | Oriented polycrystalline materials of Pr0.15Tbx Dy0.85-xFe2 have been obtained by the Czochralski method with the cold crucible system under a purified-argon atmosphere. Experiments were carried out over a wide range, and the conditions, including growth of 30-10 mm/hr and temperature gradient of 110-140 degreesC/cm, have been optimized for oriented polycrystalline materials growth. The magnetostrictive properties of Pr0.15TbxDy0.85-xFe2 were found to be very sensitive to both the Pr stoichiometry and to the Tb/Dy ratio. The measurement results reveal that the oriented polycrystalline materials of Pr0.15Tb0.2Dy0.65Fe2 possess large magnetostriction at room temperature. |
