英文摘要	A sampling study on species diversity of different Kobresm grassland communities and their effects On soil properties in the plateau area of western S,ehuan showed that stgmficant variations can occur in apeetes diversity indices in three dominant grassland communities from different altitudes and that the efficiency of their contribution tO the soll nutrients mtrogen．potassium，and phosphorus．and on water retention will be improved by all increase in species diversity．
