英文摘要In the process of the notched shaft of iron-cobalt-molybdenum alloy is loaded by torsional load, the hysteretic material is magnetized when the longitudinal magnetic field is introduced. The mechanical model of notched shaft of iron cobalt molybdenum alloy under torsional load is setup, the local stresses and strains at the tip of notch are calculated by using the finite element software. The effects of notched parameters on the stress of notched shaft of iron cobalt molybdenum alloy for magnetization before and magnetization after are analyzed. The results show that for the force magnetic coupling model, because notched shaft of iron cobalt molybdenum alloy is magnetized the magnetic field, the residual stress is reduced, the plasticity is enhanced, and the stress at the notch tip is also reduced.
