英文摘要	The rapid development of information technology will not only affect social life, business operation and other aspects, but also have an important impact on the academic research field of theoretical progress, method innovation and other aspects. This paper discusses the application value of neuroscience technologies in the development of organizational behavior in China, and introduces the commonly used neuroimaging techniques in foreign countries. This paper proposes that in order to further carry out theoretical innovation, knowledge reengineering and enterprise management model innovation, neuroimaging techniques can be used as an important supplementary means to expand the toolbox of traditional organizational behavior measurement methods and play an important role in theoretical progress and innovation as well as management model reform. © 2021, The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
