英文摘要 | Diluted magnetic semiconductors Zn0.95Cu0.05-xCoxO with different consistency ratio (x=0, 0.025, 0.05) were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) results reveal that all samples synthesized by this method possess wurtzite structure with good crystallization, with the increase of Co concentration the lattice constant of doped samples slightly lightly increases. High-resolution transmission electron microscopies (HRTEM) discover the morphology is nanorod and well dispersed. X-ray energy dispersive spectrometries (EDS) indicate Cu2+ and Co2+ successfully substituted for the lattice site of Zn2+. Photoluminescence spectra (PL) experiment results observe strong ultraviolet emission peaks, blue emission peaks and green emission peaks, and the spectra occur blue shift. The vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) results show the doped samples possess ferromagnetic at room temperature. ©, 2015, Editorial Office of Transactions of Materials and Heat Treatment.
