英文摘要The problem of central impact of composites has been analysed in-depth, but the damage caused by near-edge and on-edge impact has not been thoroughly discussed. In this paper, three-dimensional hashin failure criterion based on stress description is used to judge the damage of fiber and matrix, and delamination damage is simulated by zero thickness cohesive element. In order to characterize the stiffness degradation of damaged composites, the improved Camanho nonlinear reduction degradation scheme is proposed. Meanwhile, the finite element software ABAQUS and adapted VUMAT subroutine are used to simulate the process of near-edge impact, on-edge impact and post-impact compression fracture of T300/69 laminates. The simulation results are compared with the experimental results from the aspects of crater depth, damage state and residual compressive strength, which can verify the correctness of the numerical simulation method. In the end, combining with residual compression strength test and microscopic analysis of damage morphology of the composite laminates, the damage characteristics and mechanism of near-edge/ on-edge impact are analyzed, and the formation reason and expansion law of the fiber, matrix damage and delamination are fully revealed.
