英文摘要The application of high pressure, high speed and large flow hydraulic components in fluid transmission makes the pressure pulsation and impact noise of hydraulic system more and more serious. In view of this problem in a hydraulic system, the accumulator charging model and system piping model are established, and the causes of pressure pulsation and impact noise are analyzed. the best charging time of the accumulator and the pressure pulsation after considering the inertia of the pump set are calculated through AMESim simulation software. The results show that the opening value of the overflow valve can ensure that the overflow valve does not open when the accumulator is filled with liquid as expected, so as to avoid pressure pulsation and impact noise in the hydraulic system.. In addition, when the accumulator is filled with liquid, the inertia of the pump set is also an important factor causing pressure and flow pulsation. © 2019 IEEE.
