英文摘要	Matsushita considered it’s natural to maintain the stable growth of enterprise in order to enable enterprises can really receive stable development. Dam Operation is a very important concept. The purpose of the dam is blocking and storing river water, as climate changing with the seasons, and keep the necessary amount of water. Enterprises also need to have a mechanism for this regulation and utilization in order to keep stability and development. If the company can ask ministries like dams, once the external conditions change, it will not be badly affected, and be able to maintain stable development, which is "dam operation" concept. In the enterprise, regardless of all aspects of equipment, funds, personnel, inventory, technical, planning or development of new products, etc, must have dams and perform the functions. In other words, all aspects of the operation should be retained ample use of flexibility. Matsushita believes that people build dams in order to flood control, water supply and electricity. Therefore, companies must also have a mechanism for regulating the same as dams, even though the external situation changes, but also to maintain a stable growth and development. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.
