英文摘要The feasibility and principle of combining the elimination method with the traditional random-direction method is discussed. A new algorithm and its iterative computation flow and program chart are presented in order to solve such a type of the nonlinear optimization problems with the mixed constraint functions. The objective function in this case varies not only with the design vector but also with time variable. The maximum value of the objective function varying with time as the optimum design vector is the least among all of the maximum values of the objective function varying with time at an arbitrary feasible design vector. This type of the optimization problems can not be solved by the traditional indirect or direct algorithms, because of its particularity that the iterative computation must deal with simultaneously the maximization of the objective function varying with time variable and the minimization of the objective function varying with design vector.
