Smoking is closely related to the occurrence and development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) ． Tobacco users have a relatively higher risk of COPD． Smoking cessation intervention is an important measure for the effective treatment of COPD．Smoking cessation can significantly delay the decline rate of pulmonary function in patients with COPD，prolong the survival time of COPD， protect pulmonary function and reduce complications．The present paper reviews the relationship between COPD and smoking，the effect of smoking cessation on COPD and the treatment of smoking cessation，to provide guidance for the effective prevention and control of COPD．

吸烟与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发生发展密切相关。烟草使用越多者患慢性阻塞性肺疾病的风险相对越高。戒烟干预是有效治疗慢性阻塞性疾病的重要措施,戒烟能明显延缓慢性阻塞性疾病患者肺功能的下降速度,延长慢性阻塞性疾病患者的生存期,保护肺功能,减少并发症。本文从慢性阻塞性肺疾病与吸烟的关系、戒烟治疗对慢性阻塞性疾病的影响以及戒烟治疗方式三方面进行综述,以期为实现对慢性阻塞性疾病的有效防控提供指导方向。
