Based on the theory of moral disengagement, the current research aimed to explore the influence of amoral management on employees' unethical behavior through moral disengagement. In total, 531 full-time employees completed the questionnaire. The results of regression and bootstrap analysis indicated that amoral management had a positive effect on employees' unethical behavior and that moral disengagement played a mediating role between amoral management and employees' unethical behavior. That is, a high level of amoral management will improve the level of moral disengagement of employees and then more easily lead to employees' unethical behavior.
