英文摘要 | Adsorption-separation technology has been widely applied in separation of compounds, environmental purification, energy reserve and so on. However, the development of adsorption-separation is limited by the disadvantages of traditional absorbents such as low selectivity and requirement of large instruments. The adsorption-separation materials based on the host-guest chemistry show selective adsorbing properties and special functionality. Therefore, it is very important to develop this kind of materials and apply them in various fields. This paper briefly reviewed the research progress of adsorption-separation materials based on crown ether, cyclodextrin, calixarene and cucurbituril as matrixes, discussed their adsorption-separation mechanism and finally introduced their applications. We believe that the research on the theories and applications of adsorption-separation materials based on the host-guest chemistry can promote rapid development of related fields. © 2019, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
