中文摘要论文重点在于设计合成含反应性官能团的功能高分子絮凝剂,以pH和离子强度以及颗粒浓度为过程参数,以水溶性蛋白质为模拟对象,考察蛋白质的絮凝特性,重点考察絮凝剂中多官能团的协同作用对蛋白质絮凝基本特性的影响,特别是絮凝团块的形成、生长、形貌和强度。在“修饰絮凝”新过程中采用含反应性官能团的小分子量共聚物和高分子量聚合物分步使用,获得高絮凝效率和改善絮凝团块形貌的特点。青莓素发酵液预处理结果表明絮凝剂所含反应性官能团的含量匹配时能沉降发酵液中约60%的水溶性蛋白质,有效地降低了溶剂萃取过程中的乳化现象,为设计合成新型功能高分子絮凝剂提供了良好的应用背景。
英文摘要The work is focused on synthesis of novel polymeric flocculant containing reactive functional groups, effects of pH, ionic strength and concentration ratio of protein and polymeric flocculant on flocculation of water--soluble proteins, and effect of synergism among functional groups in polymeric flocculant on characterization of protein flocculation, especially, the formation, growth, shape and strength of flocs. The "modified flocculation", a novel process, were performed by a combination of a low molecular weight copolymer containing reactive functional groups and high molecular weight polyelectrolyte in separating steps. It can improve the flocculating efficiency, the sizes and shapes of flocs for precipitating in aqueous solution. With addition of flocculant into the fermentation broth of penicillin, copolymers with a matched ratio of reactive functional groups can remove about 60% of water-soluble protein resulting to the decrease of emulsification of denatured protein during solvent extraction. Above all indicate that the design and synthesis of functional polymeric flocculant have remarkable influence in both basic study and practical applications.
