中文摘要离子液体作为新型的绿色溶剂和反应介质,在有机催化反应、液一液分离、气液 分离和生物催化等方面都有着广阔的应用前景。在这些方面的研究中几乎都涉及到离 子液体+水二元体系,研究该体系的物理、化学性质具有重要的理论和实际意义。离 子液体具有的良好的溶解性能也使它有望代替传统有机溶剂应用于液一液萃取分离 过程。因此,本论文对离子液体+水混合体系的性质以及离子液体在萃取方面的应用做 了研究,主要包括以下几方面工作:(1)对常见离子液体的基本性质和近年来国内外的相关研究进展做了综述。(2)综合文献报导的方法,合成了氯化1-烷基-3-甲基咪哇、氯化1,3-二烷 基咪哇、1-烷基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐、1-烷基-3-甲基咪哇六氟磷酸盐、1,3-二烷基咪唑六氟磷酸盐等离子液体,为后续实验工作及实验室相关研究奠定了基础。(3)测量了[emim]BF4+水混合体系在整个组成范围内和在20-50℃温度区间的密度和粘度,讨论了温度及混合物中水的含量对整个体系物性的影响,发现粘度和密度随温度增加而降低,而少量水的存在即可对混合体系的性质产生极大的影响;计算了该混合体系中不同组成时的过量摩尔体积和过量粘度,并讨论了这些体系中离子液体和水分子间的相互作用,发现混合溶液对理想溶液表现正偏差;使用四阶R-K方程对混合体系的过量体积和过量粘度进行了关联,获得了较好的预测效果。本工作为在任意温度下任意组成的混合物性质的预测提供了依据,相关工作在文献中未见报导。(4)对疏水性离子液体1-烷基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([Cnmim]PF6)萃取水中酚类物质进行了研究。发现萃取效果与传统有机溶剂相当。讨论了萃取时间和萃取温度对分配系数的影响,发现萃取过程很快达到平衡,萃取效果随温度上升而下降。通过对几种具有不同阳离子结构的离子液体的萃取效果比较,发现随烷基链长度增加,对具有疏水性基团较多的酚的萃取效果增加,而对亲水性基团较多的酚则效果降低,反之亦然。以上研究为用于水中酚类物质萃取的功能化离子液体的结构设计提供了依据,相关工作在文献中未见报导。
英文摘要Recently, ionic liquids have received increasing attention as a kind of new green solvents and reaction media. Due to its unique properties, ionic liquids have been widely used in organic catalytic reaction, liquid-liquid extraction, gas-liquid extraction and bioprocess catalysis. Among all the applications mentioned above, ionic liquids+water binary system is charming and fascinating in separation and extraction of organic and inorganic substrates. The studies on physical and chemical properties of ionic liquids+water systems are obviously important and necessary. Ionic liquids may replace traditional organic solvents for their excellent solubility of many organic and inorganic compounds. In this work, the thermal properties for binary system of l-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([emim]BF4) + H2O was determined and extraction of phenols with hydrophobic ionic liquids was studied, which are in following: The basic physical and chemical properties of ionic liquids and the research on ionic liquid in recent years were summarized. Several ionic liquids such as l-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide, 1,3-dialkyl -imidazolium bromide, l-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, l-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium hexfluorophosphate and 1,3-dialkylimidazolium hexfluorophosphate have been successfully synthesized, this laid the foundation for studies of following researches. The densities and viscosities of l-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([emim]BF4) + water binary systems have been measured at different temperatures during whole ratio range. The affects of water content and temperature on the densities and viscosities were measured, It was found that they were both decrease with the temperature increasing. Water in minute quantities can change the properties greatly. Based on the variation of thermal expansion coefficient, excess molar volume and viscosity were calculated. The interaction of [emim]BF4 with water have been discussed and the excess molar volume and viscosity were correlate by four-class Redlich-Kister equation. The results have important applications in the estimation of properties of [emim]BF4 + water binary systems. The related research has not been reported in literatures before. (4) Several hydrophobic ionic liquids, l-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium hexfiuorophos -phate ([Cnmim]PF6) were used for extraction of phenols from aqueous solutions. The partition coefficients of phenols between water phase and ionic liquids phase were determined, it was the same magnitude as that of common organic solvents. Effects of the extraction time and temperature on the partition coefficient were measured. The process was balanced in 3 minutes and the extraction rate decreased with the temperature increasing. The length of substituted alkyl chain of ionic liquids has a great influence on the partition coefficient, the phenols with more hydrophobic radicals showed a better solubility in ionic liquids with a long alkyl line. Comparatively, the phenols with more hydrophilic radicals showed a better solubility of ionic liquid with a short alkyl line. The data provide references to design of task specific ionic liquid for phenols extraction from water. The related research has not been reported in literatures before.
