英文摘要The K-band cryogenic receiver of the 26m radio telescope at Nanshan Station, Xinjiang Astronomical Observatory, Chinese Academy of Sciences is mainly used for the observation of molecular spectral lines, active galactic nuclei and very long baseline interferometry. The calibration method of receiver takes noise injection mode, which is to inject standard noise into the rear stage of the feed to calibrate the amplitude response of the received signal. After replacing the low noise amplifiers, the K-band cryogenic receiver is calibrated in five typical frequency bands again. By comparing with the previous calibration results, the latest test results could satisfy the calibration requirements, and the latest calibration parameters can be further applied to the radio source amplitude calibration. 2019 IEEE.
