英文摘要In this paper, the characteristic of passively Q-switched Nd:GdNbO4 laser using two-dimension (2D) material MoS2 as SA under 879 nm direct pumping was demonstrated for the first time. When absorbed pump power was 4.36 W, the maximum average output power, narrowest pulse width and highest repetition frequency were measured as 427 mW, 740 ns and 89 kHz, respectively. M the same absorbed pump power, the maximum pulse energy and peak power were calculated as 4.8 mu J and 6.48 W, respectively.
