英文摘要	Objective To investigate the antifungal compounds of the fungus Penicilliumsp.C-5isolated from a runoff sediment sample collected from Ny-Alesund,Arctic.Methods The natural compounds were purified by column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC.The structures were determined on the basis of MS,~1 H-NMR and ~(13)C-NMR spectroscopic analyses and comparison with the literatures. Results Two sordarin derivatives named BE-31405and sordaricin were derived from the ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation broth.Conclusion The two compounds were isolated from Arctic microorganism for the first time.
