| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To attain high gastightness and compactness by a method wherein an end of a cylindrical sleeve is sealed by optically transparent material and simultaneously a package and the cylindrical sleeve are hermetically sealed. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical sleeve composed of a metal pipe 6 such as kovar, etc. is sealed by optically transparent material 7 such as soft glass, etc. at an end which is introduced into the interior of a package 3, and the pipe 6 and the package 3 are sealed by lead solder glass, etc. By this constitution interior of the package can be maintained gastight as a conventional electric circuit and an apparatus is made compact and coupling to an optical fiber can be facilitated. |
