英文摘要	PURPOSE:To improve the response property of a quantity of emitted light, by controlling the quantity of light emitted from a semiconductor light emitting element in such a way that its quantity is fed back by using a current control type amplifier and can be changed directly by using a voltage control type amplifier as well. CONSTITUTION:One end 1a of a resistor 1 is grounded and the other end 1b is connected to the anode 2a of a semiconductor laser 2 add one end 5a of a resistor 5. The cathode 2b of the semiconductor laser 2 is connected to one end 3a of a resistor 3. The other end 3b of the resistor 3 is connected to an output terminal 4b of a voltage control type amplifier 4. The amplifier 4 has a sufficient rapid responding performance and then, an output voltage Vout responds at a sufficient rapid responsive speed to variations of an input voltage Vin inputted through an input terminal 4a. Further, the output voltage Vout acts so as to absorb a light emitting current i1 through the resistor 1, the semiconductor laser 2, and the resistor 3 so that the above output voltage may have the prescribed voltage value corresponding to the input voltage Vin. The semiconductor laser 2 emits light by causing the light emitting current i1 to now through the semiconductor laser 2.
