| 英文摘要 | A method for treating patients with myopia using electrical stimulation of the retina and optic nerve and transscleral lazer stimulationi, within 10 days of the course. The laser stimulation is carried out using a semiconductor laser of red spectral range (650 nm), adapted to the slit lamp, the integrated radiation power 0.4 mW/cm, with developed form of scanning, "the network box" with adjustable spatial and energy parameters in the system of coordinates X and Y, that captures the macular area and paramacural area to the optic disc in combination with the phosphen-electrostimulation by above-threshold square pulses 10 milliseconds in regimen "3" - 150-200 mA, with a frequency of 20-30 Hz. The treatment course was 10 daily sessions of 10 minutes at scotopic light conditions below 0.1 lux. |
