英文摘要	The present invention relates to an optical element package having excellent thermal characteristics and, more specifically, provides an optical element package, the thermal characteristics of which are excellent because the package secures enough heat-radiation space so as to sufficiently discharge heat generated in a light source. The present invention provides an optical element package having excellent thermal characteristics, the optical element package comprising: a stem base made of a dielectric material and having a signal via formed at an edge thereof so as to transmit a signal; a light source installed on the stem base; a thermoelectric cooling element for absorbing heat from the light source and discharging the heat to the outside; and a thermal via for transferring the heat from the light source to the thermoelectric cooling element.
