The component includes a plurality of oxime-based silicone primer compounds. The oxime-based silicone primer compounds are respectively crosslinked with the siloxane compounds to form a matrix of the composite material after curing, and the quantum dots are uniformly dispersed in the matrix of the composite material through the siloxane compounds. |
