中文摘要 | A Stable and Easily Sintering SrCeO3-Based Proton Conductor by a Polymerizable Complex Method Authors: Jingchao Zhanga; Zhaoyin Wena; Jinduo Hana; Yu Liua; Xiangwei Wua; Jun Jina; Yanming Cuia Abstract Proton conducting Sr(Ce0.6Zr0.4)0.95Yb0.05O3-δ was synthesized by a polymerizable complex method. XRD, SEM and EPMA results demonstrate that this method leads to the formation of ultrafine pure powders at 1000°C whereas the conventional solid state reaction method is hard to obtain pure phase even at 1250°C and the resulting powders tend to form agglomerates. As a consequence, dense Sr(Ce0.6Zr0.4)0.95Yb0.05O3-δ ceramics with uniform grain size were easily obtained at 1400°C. The chemical stability of Sr(Ce0.6Zr0.4)0.95Yb0.05O3-δ ceramics was investigated through thermogravimetric analysis in pure CO2 atmosphere and soaking in boiling water. In addition, impedance spectroscopy was used to study the electrical properties. |
