[Also in Division H1] Films of indium or tin or an alloy thereof are electroplated on to a member of resilient conductive material, such as molybdenum, copper, silver, or tungsten, and on to a body of semiconductor material, such as gallium arsenide, on which successive thin layers of gold and tin have previously been deposited by electroless plating and alloyed in.
