英文摘要Proposed is a method for cooling and temperature stabilization of the semiconductor device by setting and supporting with the aid of thermo-electric battery in the permissible temperature boundaries in the critical zone, the heat transmission by the completed evaporation-condensation cycle in a steam chamber and heat discharge to the environment absorbing it by the external heat exchanger. As a critical zone in the steam space a steam chamber is chosen. By thermo-electric battery the saturated steam temperature of the heat-transfer medium in the steam chamber within the permissible boundaries is set and supported. At that, the heat transfer with the aid of completed evaporation-condensation cycle is carried out from the semiconductor crystal to the cold plate of thermo-electric battery, and the transferred heat discharge is carried out from the thermo-electric battery hot plate.
