英文摘要	A silica gel column chromatographic method coupled with electrospray ionization multi-stage mass spectrometry (ESI-MSn) for rapid analysis and profiling of triterpenoidic saponins in Anemone raddeana was developed. Approximately 30 g of powered Anemone raddeana was extracted with 70% MeOH at 60 degrees C for six times. The extract was concentrated to 3. 3 g under reduced pressure and suspended in 20 mL water, and then successively extracted with EtOAc (20 mL X3) and n-BuOH (20 mLX 6). I. 5 g of n-BuOH extract was subjected to a silica gel column chromatography and eluted with MeOH-CHCl(3)-H(2)O (gradient, 1:6:0. 05 -> 1: 4: 0.1 -> 1: 2 : 0. 2 -> 1 : 1 : 0. 3, V/V/) to yield 4 fractions by TLC analysis. These four fractions were then analyzed using positive and negative full-scan ESI-MSn, respectively. In comparison with the references, sixteen known saponins were identified by analyzing their tandem mass data. In addition, the possible structures of three unknown saponins were speculated. The results indicate that the method developed is an effective tool for rapid and comprehensive determination of native saponins in Anemone raddeana.
