中文摘要The oxidation behavior of an Ni-20Cr alloy and its sputtered microcrystalline coating has been studied in oxygen with water vapor at 1000degreesC. The results indicate that the composition of the oxide scale on the alloy depends on the content of water vapor. In O-2 containing 15vol%H2O(g) or more, the selective oxidation of chromium is promoted. However, the water vapor content has no effect on the composition of the oxide scale on the microcrystalline coating. The higher the water vapor content, the smaller the mass gain both for the alloy and for the microcrystalline coating. The oxide scales were examined and analyzed by X-ray diffraction and SEM with EDX. A mechanism for the effect of water vapor on the oxidation of the alloy and its sputtered microcrystalline coating is proposed
