中文摘要变压器噪声以前并没有引起人们的充分注意。现在,城市用电量在迅速增加,大容量变压器进入城市,高电压等级城市变电站问题已经提上议事日程。另一方面,人们对于自己的居住环境也在不断提出愈来愈高的要求,所以,低噪声正在逐渐成为变压器制造的一个重要指标。本论文的研究包括变压器噪声预测和噪声控制工程设计两部分内容。本文第一章讨论了变压器噪声的研究情况,并且对于其中的一些研究结果,噪声预测与控制方法提出看法和意见;第二章的内容是变压器噪声的现场测量及实验室中的实验结果,对实验结果的分析、综合及最后结论;第三章讨论了人工智能和专家系统的发展情况,专家系统的基本组织结构及其对知识的处理方法等;第四章则介绍了变压器噪声预测专家系统PCAD和变压器噪声控制专家系统NCAD的设计依据,组织结构,推理策略,执行结果等问题。
英文摘要Along with the increasing requirements on electric power in the city, transformer noise has become an important quality index during its production, although it is not so noticeable compared with, such as, aircraft noise and has not attracted noise control engineers' attention for a long time. By the theoretical analysis, we believe that the transformer noise, which is mainly caused by the magnetostriction of transformer core, can be related to some external parameter of transformer, such as rating, magnetic flux density, etc. In this paper, the in site noise measurement results from more than one hundred of transformer and other similar products were summarized. Combined with detailed measurements and analysis of transformer noise emission characteristics in laboratory, a noise prediction model for different type of transformer was setup with fairly simple form and acceptable prediction accuracy. Two rule-based expert system PCAD and NCAD were introduced in this paper. PCAD is used for predicting the transformer noise level. Especially, it is useful and applicable for the transformers in design and production phase. NCAD, on the other hand, can give user a series of suggestion in expert level on how to reduce the transformer noise level, including both the internal and external measures. NCAD also has a built-in data base to help user to select an appropriate sound insulation structure. PCAD and NCAD were programmed using PROLOG with the latest fruit of artificial intelligence research. They have typical rule-based expert system structure and friendly user interface and self-explanation facility. Their results have been approved by both human expert and verification measurements. The experience gained in creating these two system is valuable to acoustic research as many problems in this field are suitable to be solved by the way of expert system.
