中文摘要本文简要介绍了固体界面粘接的概念、机理和质量检测问题,详细讨论了几种主要的界面声学理论模型,着重研究了固体滑移界面和界面粘接拉伸强度的超声评价方法。在理论上分析了纵波和SH波在固体粘滞滑移界面上的反射特征,并根据相应的实验结果论述了利用纵波或者SH波的时域回波幅度比,或者一定频率区域内界面反射波的幅度谱和相位谱,评估粘滞滑移界面状态的方法。在界面粘接拉伸强度研究中,提出了两个界面力学参数以描述拉伸破坏试验的位移一载荷曲线所反映的界面力学特征,指出粘接层厚度和声速是影响界面声能反射系数和声学等效劲度系数的主要原因。根据试验结果,分析了粘接层固化过程中的纵波和SH波的反射特征、粘接层拉伸破坏的宏观力学特征、粘接层的固化时间和厚度对界面拉伸强度的影响以及界面力学和声学参数与拉伸强度的关系。刘”于两组粘接层固化时间不同的样品,SH波声能反射系数能够反映界面拉伸强度的总体趋势,SH波等效劲度系数能够区分出两组样品之间的拉伸强度大小;对于粘接层固化时间和厚度状态相同的样品,界面力学参数和SH波声学参数都较好地反映了拉伸强度的变化趋势;但对于粘接层固化时间相同且使用垫片控制厚度的样品,仅能通过分析试验数据分布区域的边缘走向才能够观察到界面力学参数和纵波与SH波界面参数与拉伸强度的关系。
英文摘要After introducing the definition, mechanism and quality evaluation about adhesion briefly and discussing several important ultrasonic interfacial models in detail, this pa-per focuses on ultrasonic methods to nondestructively evaluate the slip interface and adhesive tensile strength between two solids. In theory, the reflection of longitudinal and SH (shear horizontal) waves normally incident on different viscous slip interfaces is studied. The corresponding experimental results show their feasibility of longitudinal or SH wave's echo amplitude ratio in time domain or their amplitude or phase spectrum within limited frequency range to estimate the conditions of viscous interfaces In the purpose of evaluating the adhesive tensile strength, two mechanical pa-rameters are presented to describe the interfacial mechanical characteristics from the displacement-load curve recorded in the tensile tests. The thickness and wave velocity of adhesive layer are calculated to verify their much more importance for ultrasonic intense reflection and effective stiffness than the attenuation. Additionally, both lon-gitudinal and SH wave reflection from curing adhesive interfaces, macro-mechanical characteristics about the adhesive rupture behavior and the relationship between the four mechanical and ultrasonic parameters and the tensile strength are analyzed exper-imentally. For two groups of samples with adhesive layers cured in different periods, SH wave's intense reflection coefficient can predict the average strength tendency for all samples, while the effective stiffness coefficient can make out the strength difference between the two groups. For samples with adhesive layers cured in the same period and having one controlled thickness, both mechanical and SH wave's parameters can be used to estimate the direction of changing strength. However, in the case of adhesive layers cured in the same period but in different thickness, the relationship between those parameters and tensile strength could only be observed through the field edge of those scattered experimental data.
