中文摘要	为扩展科学计量学的应用、将图书馆员的工作嵌入到研究所的研究团队，以及创新图书馆服务，分析了SSCI中1999-2009年间研究香港、中国大陆和亚太的经济学论文。结果发现：(1)不同研究机构的不同特征,(2)不同研究机构内的不同研究人员的不同特征,以及（3）他们需要不同程度的建议和信息服务。研究建议：（1）利用平均发文量和平均被引量，绘制一套坐标体系，（2）在坐标体系上创建型人，（3）图书馆员运用型人与研究团队交流，以获得对图书馆服务的建议。研究表明，创建与使用型人（群组行为）能够开展学科化知识服务，而且不需要使用到昂贵的数据库、复杂的数学公式和大量的人力与经费。For expending Scientometrics’ application, embedding the library staffs work into the research team of research institution, and to make innovation library service, the published papers of the research on Hong Kong, China mainland and Asia-Pacific economics in the SSCI during 1999-2009 were analysis. The results appears that (1)the different characteristics of different research institutions, (2)the different characteristics of different researchers of the different research institutions, and(3)there are different authors who need different level suggestions and information services. The recommendations are: (1) using the average of published articles and the average amount being cited, draw a coordinate system, (2) to create personas by the coordinate system, (3) library staff use the personas to communicate with research team numbers for improve their library services. This study shows that it is of significance to create and use personas (group behaviour) for subject knowledge services and it is not necessary used expensive database, complex mathematical formulas and a lot of manpower and budget.
