英文摘要In this paper, based on the in situ SPM (Suspended particulate matter) concentrations which contains extremely turbid water (SPM ranging from 4.48 to 2301 mg/L) and remote sensing reflectance spectral data obtained from the Yellow River Estuary in July, November and December of 2011, the statistical retrieval algorithm for the concentration of SPM is developed to MERIS sensors. The algorithm are tested by other independent dataset, the results show that the determination coefficient of in-situ and retrieved SPM is 0.95(Logarithm coordinates) and the Absolute Percentage Difference (APD) is 30.7% (Linear coordinates). Finally, the map of SPM distribution in the Yellow River estuary for October 16, 2011, is given, and the spatial distribution characteristics are preliminarily analyzed.
