英文摘要	The full length cDNAs of two type of GnRH (cGnRH-II gene and sbGnRH gene) from Japanese flounder brain were cloned by RACE and RT-PCR strategy using a pair of degenerated primers designed according to the conserved regions of GnRH genes. The full-length fragments of cGnRH-II cDNA and sbGnRH cDNA were 607 bp and 395 bp, respectively. cGnRH-II open reading frame (ORF) encoded the cGnRH-II precursor of 85 amino acid residues, and sbGnRH ORF encoded the sbGnRH precursor of 98 amino acid residues. These two types of GnRH precursors both consisted of a signal peptide, GnRH decapeptide and a GnRH-associated peptide (GAP) which was linked by the processing site (Gly-Lys-Arg). Amino acid homology analysis showed that cGnRH-II precursor was more homologous with other kind of teleost fishes than with mammalian, reptile and Amphibian. cGnRH-II precursor bore the identity of about 97.6% with barfin flounder (Verasper moseri), and sbGnRH precursor bore the identity of about 86.7% with barfin flounder. Expression analysis by RT-PCR showed that cGnRH-II and sbGnRH gene both could be expressed in brain, pituitary and gonad in matural Japanese flounder, but sbGnRH gene could be expressed more abroadly in distribution.
