英文摘要	In the fiercely competitive athletic situation, athletes' sports performance is affected by physiology, psychology, technique, and external environment. Nevertheless, psychological skill training, in addition to physical, technique, and strategy training, is also critical for athletes breaking through the performance and developing the maximum strength. To effectively achieve the research objective and test the research hypotheses, experimental design is applied to this study for the quasi-experimental research. Total 284 college athletic students are proceeded the experimental teaching. The research results reveal 1. the significantly higher self-efficacy of the group with adventure education than the other group with general teaching, 2. the remarkably higher team cohesiveness of the group with adventure education than the other group with general teaching, and 3. the notably positive effect of self-efficacy on team cohesiveness. According to the research results and findings, discussions and suggestions for the application to sport education and the successive research development are proposed, expecting to enhance athletic students' self-efficacy and team cohesiveness through adventure education, assist the physical and mental development of athletic students, and promote the contest performance of athletes.
