Synthesis and properties of wire-like sodium titanate microcrystallines by hydrothermal method

英文摘要The wire-like sodium titanate microcrystallines with the diameters of 50-200 nm and length of a few micrometers to tens of micrometers were prepared by hydrothermal method. The crystallization, structure, morphology and optical property of the as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and UV-vis spectrometer. The research results indicated that the hydrothermal reaction temperature and time have great effect on the formation of wire-like sodium titanate microrystallines, and the optimal reaction conditions were achieved as following: the reaction temperature is 180??C and the reaction time is 24 h. The growth mechanism of wire-like sodium titanate microrystallines is proposed. The wire-like TiO2 microrystallines obtained with the annealing heat treatment at 650??C exhibit the highest photocatalytic reactivity under UV radiation: the degradation of ratio can be up to 80% during the photodegradation of methyl orange with the initial concentration of 20 mg/L for 1 h.; EI; 0; 4; 982-987; 41
