英文摘要本文讨论了在强动载荷作用下的颗粒增强高聚物中的损伤演化规律.文中首先介绍了由本文作者最近提出来的关于粒子填充高聚物的本构关系.然后研究了在平板撞击下的一维应变波的传播和衰减特性.本文基于细观力学方法研究了介质中微损伤的演化.拉应力波的作用将可能导致由于界面脱粘引起的微损伤成核,已经成核的微损伤(微孔洞)的长大与汇合将最终造成材料的动态失效.研究表明,影响微损伤演化的因素有:粒径分散度,平均粒径和界面粘结能等.然而,与准静态加载不同,在动态条件下,以上这些因素对损伤演化的影响并不十分明显.理论分析的结果是:材料的层裂破坏强烈地依赖于飞片对靶板的撞击速度.最后,本文还根据损伤演化的特征建议了一个关于粒子填充高聚物的层裂准则.; The microdamage evolution in a particle-filled polymer under dynamic loading is studied in this paper.Firstly, the constitutive relation of this particle filled polymer recently proposed by the present authors is introduced. Then, the propagation of one-dimensional strain wave caused by the plate impact is investigated, and the attenuation of stress wave is evaluated. Thirdly, the evolution of the microdamage is theoretically studied by using a micromechanical method. When the tensile wave appears in the material, the microdamage nucleation may take place due to the debonding of the interface between the second phase particles and the matrix. The growth and coalescence of these microvoids lead to the dynamic failure of the material. It is shown that the microdamage evolution is influenced by several factors, such as the particle size-dispersity, the average radius of particles, and the adhesive energy of the interface. However, different from static conditions, the effect of these factors on the microvoids evolution under dynamic conditions is not remarkable. The theoretical analysis indicates that the spallation of the material is strongly influenced by the impact velocity of the projectile. Finally, according to the characteristics of the damage evolution, a spallation criterion for a particle-filled polymeric material is proposed.; 国家自然科学基金; 0; 4; 403-409; 16
