Near-infrared plasmonic absorption of three-dimension disk/hole cavity nanoantenna for high-performance biosensing

英文摘要We experimentally demonstrate perfect near-infrared absorption of three-dimensional plasmonic disk/hole nanoresonator array, consisting of a metallic nanodisk-antenna layer hovering above a nanohole metallic layer. Each nanodisk structure is supported by/is located on a SiO2nanopillar from each hole. In good agreement with theoretical predictions, such a metamaterial plasmonic structure exhibits ��99% absorbance at ��=800 nm. We also show that the structure can serve as a high-performance refractive index sensing with a sensitivity of 889 nm per refractive-index unit and a figure of merit of 4.8. The near-infrared response of the localized surface plasmon resonance sensors on the standard streptavidin-biotin binding events is investigated. ? 15CBMS-0001.; EI; 1804-1806
