英文摘要	This paper briefly present the frame and characteristics of An Multimedia Courseware Authoring Tool JBMT(Jade Bird Multimedia Tool).JBMT adopt open architecture, provide powerful function of mathematical treatment and function of multimedia playing. JBMT can satisfy with the requirement of three different classes of users through visual authoring interface and authoring language editor. This article also present a definition of templet on which JBMT provide method of defining and using templet.
