英文摘要 | an approach to generating 60 GHz millimeter- (mm-) wave carrier based on four-wave mixing (FWM) effect is experimentally demonstrated. The FWM effect is generated in a slave DFB laser which is injection locked by the side band of a modulated tunable DFB laser.
