英文摘要 | The sustainable utilization of water resource is the most important challenges among all nature resources' sustainable development. As the long-term accumulation of human impact outruns the carrying threshold of water environment, it could endanger the normal workings of the nature, socioeconomic system and pull the trigger of Water Security. Since this century, because the quick developing of population, economic and accelerating of industrialization and urbanization, China's water resources have carried more and more pressure. At present, China are faced with: spontaneous water security(drought and flood); factitious water security(water shortage, water pollution and water environment destruction); and securities triggered by Water Security(food security, economy security, and nation security). The overall characteristic of China's water security are: (1) water shortage, droughts, and water pollution in north of China; (2) floods and water pollution in south of China; (3) China has already been in the initial stage of Water Security and some regions already entered into metaphase. If this trend continues, the problems mentioned above would worsen in next century. At the turn of century, establishing the Water Security Management information System is the key to improve existing water management system; moreover, the basic ways are protecting ecology and restoring environment, especially in the source area and the upper stream of rivers.; Engineering, Multidisciplinary; Engineering, Industrial; Multidisciplinary Sciences; CPCI-S(ISTP); 1 |
