英文摘要	The resources, environment, ecology constitute a giant system, and are the material basis of human survival [1]. For a long time, due to inappropriate human activities, the earth has suffered great damage, and human beings are punished by nature. So in order to achieve the sustainable development of human society, it is necessary to make proper planning for both the human development and exploitation of earth resources and environment.
