英文摘要Hydrographic information system must be established to make the traditional hydrographic industry into modern industry, i.e. the engineering hydrograph would become into resource based. It is the basic symbol and important content in many countries of the world to establish hydrographic information system. In this paper, the GPS, GIS, and RS are introduced briefly together with their integration, relationship for the hydrographic application. The hydrographic information system for DSS is proposed including its architecture, key technologies and the application in reality. Based on the proposed system in this paper, the flood, ravages of a drought, and other disaster information collection can be implemented with high efficiency, to improve the accuracy of the broadcasting. And the decision level is also improved to some extent. At the same time, the hydrographic information system can also be used for the resource sharing and application efficiency. ? 2005 IEEE.; EI; 0
