英文摘要Microelectrode voltammetry and thin layer spectroelectrochemical studies of the cathodic reduction of Co-Chla showed that a single-electron reduction occurred first on the central ion Co(II) during the cathodic polarization. This behavior is significantly different from that of natural chlorophyll a, in which the central ion Mg(II) is completely inert and the cathodic reduction only happens on the chlorin ring. The electroreduction occurring in the central metal may lead to a specific photoelectric behavior of Co-Chl.; EI; 2; 257-260; 40
